If you like the 4 roses, I'd try Bulleit as well. I like it better than OGD, though I haven't had the 114. Bulleit was primarily made with juice sourced from 4 roses f I am not mistaken.

Give OGD114 a try. It's available locally and I don't think you'll find it too sweet. Let us know what you choose.

+1......plus one

Oh definitely, sweet does not come to mind when thinking of Grand Dad, it's in there but the dry rye is forward.

Since you are a single malt guy you might find this hard to believe, but there are a lot of good bourbon options in plastic jugs. None of them small batch, but all these are pretty good and come in plastic:

AAA 10*

JW Dant BiB

Old Taylor 6 yr (still a few out there with age statement)

Not advocating for plastic, I prefer glass, but bourbon is a strange market where plastic doesn't have to mean rotgut.

like many others i would second, third (whatever its up to at this point) the OGD 114. reasonable price, good bourbon, high proof is nice in cocktails

I am a plastic advocate, they don't break when dropped on the kitchen tile floor.

Dant is always a solid choice. But if you havent had OGD114, that is where I would start
