McConnell and Sen. Rand Paul on Monday introduced a bill that would allow American bourbon and whiskey makers to deduct interest associated with production in the year it's paid.

I have absolutely no idea how big of an impact this will have, what kinds of dollars we're talking about here, if it's even significant, etc.

I have no idea of the figure but I guarantee that it is huge or two Senators from distillery states wouldn't be involved.
