OK, it's about cheddar cheese, not bourbon, but as I read this the similarities did jump out at me. The cheese geeks around her are all excited. According to the sidebar article, there's even a place where you can get flights of different ages.

I've had the Hook's 10 year. It's superb. Kind of soft, yet tangy, definitely a nutty flavor in there as well. Although I find the 7 year has a better price to quality ratio.

I'm not joking either. Everything I said above is true. Now, on to your regularly scheduled programming . . .

So, when you spend your college years eating Kraft Cheddar (or worse, American slices), then you step up to something like this as you get older is pretty much like drinking Jack throughout you twenties, before discovering Four Roses???
