Jack Daniels followed by WT101. Haven't touched JD for quite awhile, I remember why now; WT101 never disappoints.

I also recently discovered that I can no longer tolerate JD either.

Me too. Took me an entire 4 hour flight to fight thru one airplane bottle. The banana flavor was intense.

Got in super late last night after an all day trip for work down to the Lake Tahoe area. I had already chalked up yesterday to be a bourbon free day given the nature of the trip and because we were flying on a small regional airline with no whiskey selection on board for the flight home nightcap. Our flight home ended up being delayed (hooray for the Alaska Airlines app that lets you know before you make the trip to the airport) so we had time for dinner with the client and they took us to a cool place in Truckee that had a small but decent selection so I had a couple EHT Small Batch pours while everyone else drank negronis. I didn't finally get home until midnight and figured what the heck, I need to chill a bit before trying to sleep, so WTRB it was.

I had a nice pour of WLW 125.3 this morning while brewing my coffee and while enjoying my morning coffee.

Very Special Old Fitzgerald 12 Year old. I am enjoying this more with every pour I drink...it's an excellent aged wheater!

Aiding and abetting in some Larceny again tonight.

That started the list for me last night and after that everything is a bit of a blur. I might have had a pour from every open bottle for all I know. Currently I am looking at my list of closed bottles trying to decide what I should go downstairs and bring up to fill some wholes in the shelf.

Went with some BT:OGD114 from my new to me antique decanter and cracked open my lonely 1792. I have only had 1 bottle of this before and it is quite tasty IMO. Freshly opened BT on deck.

It's an old kind of night. Started with OFBIB, followed by OFSIG and now ending with OGDBIB. Guess I shoulda' bet the trifecta today!

I came across an old '78 Old Fitz 101 recently, and couldn't resist cracking her open. I've had some really great bourbons in my time, but this one is from a different planet. The nose alone is worth robbing a bank to get. Phenomenal whiskey – to the nth degree.

Went out to eat with some friends tonight and the restaurant had some Noah's Mill (which is something I don't see in restaurant's very often) so I had 2 big pours of NM, and I have to say it was pretty good.

Woodford Double Oaked... Really like this bourbon

I really want to try this stuff but I'd have to pay near double the price of regular Woodford here in Australia :frown:

SB Blend - Straight Bourbon Blend? I know this as the Poor Man's Pappy Blend as well. However you name it - it's an excellent pour!

This morning I'm enjoying a nice pour of PVW 20. This bourbon has such a wonderful nose.

I've been working on my bunker. The other day I opened a Knob Creek Single Barrel specially selected for Meijer barrel #254. This is one of the best Beam products I've tried. Whenever I resume buying, more of this.

Yessir. Invented here at Straightbourbon some years ago. Later, someone co-opted the idea and trying to ride the hysteria of the Pappyz Craze on their blog, called it the poor mans pappy. The sad point is that they totally missed the idea. The SB Blend is really an attempt to replicate Weller Centennial, not Pappy.
