$32.99? I believe the suggested retail price is $105.

Indeed, I saw a couple bottles last night at $115. At 32.99 you better go back and buy up every bottle they have.

I'm well aware what it's supposed to sell for. There was one bottle allocated in the green bay area. So I have the only one. And yes seriously. 32 dollars.

Yes it is the limited 105....bottle 4725 I think. It will be opened next weekend after I close on my first house. And yeah, at msrp I'd pass.

May be in the category of some Angels Envy Rye I picked up for $45. When I told the owner I thought he had priced it wrong he told me to effectively mind my own business. I bought all he had.

I opened this two nights ago. For my palate it's unremarkable, wasn't bad, wasn't mind blowing. The rye does balance out the wheat. If I had to pay full retail not the 32 I got it for I would be very upset at dropping 100+ on it. At what I payed. I will enjoy it, when I want a simple not complex pour on a week night.

I guess it's a matter of perspective. "Wasn't bad" is a huge step up from regular Yellowstone. But, then, Squire will tell you that regular old Yellowstone wasn't bad at all.

The "old" Yellowstone was the best selling Bourbon in Kentucky back when the competition was really stiff.

Best selling and really good don't always go hand in hand. QPR is certainly something to consider and when they do go together that is good. But it isn't always the case. Our friend Jack is an example, at least for me. It may be adequate in a pinch in some dusty bar in the jungles of SE Asia but really good it ain't!

It's pretty telling when you can buy 4 bottles of the most expensive whiskey used in this blend for the price of one Yellowstone bottle.   They should call it "Yellowback" because they're pissing down ours.
