In DE, Krestons in Wilmington has OESO. That's the only one close to me (West Chester, PA) that I know of.

Haha...funny story about that one (forgot to mention it in my original post). Its OBSO and me and my friend's picture will be on the side label. The owner there, who is a really cool guy, is calling it Customer's Choice and put our mugs on it. Initially, we were going to taste all the samples with him but then 4Roses decided they aren't mailing them out anymore so he had to go down there to pick it out in person.

They also have a Russell's Reserve coming in about 6 weeks that comes in at 110 proof that we did sample and help him pick. That stuff is really good.
