Baltimore Store

I'm unfamiliar with the Baltimore liquor stores, but will be up there this weekend. Anyone know a good store that I can visit (even better for a selection of stuff different than the Virginia ABC's carry).

Depends on where you are going in Baltimore and the route you take to get there. I'm a big fan of Montgomery County liquor stores. Prices are hard to beat. Check online for locations and what is on sale when you plan to be there. (They have both weekly and monthly promotions.)

Do a quick search for "Baltimore Liquor stores". You'll get several lists with website links to individual stores. Maryland is a little different - when Prohibition ended, most states either kept control of distilled spirits and opened their own stores OR set up state agencies that managed state-wide, privately owned stores. Maryland, instead, said each COUNTY can decide how to manage its liquor sales. Hence, be sure to check the Maryland counties of Montgomery, Howard, Baltimore, and Anne Arundel (as well as Baltimore City) for listings as well.
