Hi Folks. I am looking for some recommendations on cleaning my newly procured barrel (was an bourbon barrel originally, but was recently used to flavor a saison.) I plan on turning it into a cabinet to hold just bourbon. I read in other articles that there is a kit I can buy. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
