Sluggo
Interesting choices. I notice the list is missing something.

Sluggo
Oh, no! Say it isn't so! When Pappy doesn't make the list, I guess this is definitive evidence that the bourbon boon is officially over.Lol! They probably could not find any to rate. tanstaafl2
A lot of love for BTAC though, excluding the red headed step child that is Eagle Rare 17yo.
KyleCBreese
The list won't make BTAC any easier to find.

DonutsNBourbon
jeez, at least the fall list was much more manageable in terms of being able to find them:http://whiskyadvocate.com/2015/08/12/whisky-advocates-fall-2015-issues-10-highest-rated-whiskies/
taddraughn
How do you get tougher than impossible?I've basically given up on try to find any of the BTAC. MS doesn't seem to get much allotment of the LE stuff (that or I'm just bad at hunting). Now that I have no expectations of ever stumbling upon a bottle, should be a nice surprise if i ever do. squire
Austin around here that stuff goes to a few high volume stores then quickly goes to their high end customers.

Richnimrod
Personally...I wouldn't disagree with the 95 rating of the 4-R SmB LE! Wonderful Bourbon. The WLW is also Very Nice! I have not sampled any of the others; but from just those two.... The mag is 'right on'.Pappy? Who the hell knows????? Maybe it's past it's prime? Too long on 'HOT list made it too 'woody'? HA! I'm in pretty good with one store in Ridgeland. Pretty much anything they get, I usually have a shot at buying. They may not be considered a high volume volume store, but they usually have EH Taylor and a few other bourbons in stock that are a little harder to find than average.
