Yeah, "my whiskey" is most like CEHT, which I have none of. Oh well While limited and novelty, I do appreciate the interactive nature and attempt to educate folks on how different aspects impact the taste.

Bought the BTEC 12 YO Wheated Bourbon from floors 5 & 9 recently to see if they approach Pappy. That is as close as I haven able to get without paying secondary market prices. Will give them a go after I make some room on the bar.
