Favorite Four Rose Recipes

I have recently began my quest to acquire all 10 recipes. I have started out the quest with an OESK from Binnys. As I was looking through here the reviews of each recipe seem to be scattered across different page. (though i could have completely missed a whole topic dedicated to it) Anyways..

So what are your favorite 4 Roses Recipes and why?

Mine is OESK...........haha

There actually was a big thread last year with poll results.  I can find the thread through Google but then can't open it here.  I presume that is result of the transition to the new board.  I recall that OBSK was the winner, tied with another recipe that I can't recall.

I looked at both a FRSmB and a FRSB bottle today - how does one determine the recipe used? I didn't see any kind of indicator that showed OESK, etc.

Just real quick though, FRSB is the OBSV recipe and FRSmB is 4 recipes mixed into it: OBSK, OESK, OESO and OBSO I think...  I could be wrong about which recipes though on the small batch.

Four Roses website will tell you all of this. Members here will as well. Donuts got it right just above.

My favorite recipes are OBSV, OBSK, OESV, and OESK. Hard to pick just one because the nature of single barrel variability means that any one of these can rise to the top and be the "best Four Roses ever" for as long as that bottle is open.
