jeffrey r
You've got something mixed up in your question. There is no release from Four Roses that is commonly known as "Four Roses Barrel Proof". We here would generally describe Four Roses "barrel proof" as the Four Roses Private Selections which are all over the country on a regular basis, of course somewhat limited, in the 10 different recipes, and all at barrel strength. That said, I presume you are referring to the Limited Edition Small Batch, which is currently the only Four Roses limited edition release, and frankly one that comes and goes quickly. And as I have not seen a Limited Edition Small Batch in the wild in years, I ain't your guy for that.
starhopper
I believe the 2016 Limited Edition Small Batch, Barrel Strength, is supposed to be released around the September-October time-frame.
Sean Bond
Yeah, last year's LE Small Batch was in the fall, a little before the BTAC and Pappy rush, I believe. For what it's worth, the private barrel store picks are at barrel strength as well, are much easier to get, and are about half the price. I've yet to have one that's on the level of the 2015 LE SmB, but if you're looking for something in the same ballpark, I'd start there. Many stores have these sitting around close to year-round, so you should be able to grab something good.
The Black Tot
You might also have been referring to the annual limited edition single barrel Four Roses release, but that has been discontinued indefinitely due to low inventories of higher-aged product.
