Dallas TX bourbon bars

I'm hopping on a flight to Dallas for the weekend.  Any suggestions for bourbon bars?   I'd like to hit one each night.   I've done Internet research but would like some suggestions from the real experts.  

id love a good unique cocktail or two.  Maybe another one with vast or rare. selections

Haven't been in Dallas for a while so no personal experience but consider Cedars Social and/or Parliament for cocktails. The Parliament website seems to offer little but directions suggesting it is "speakeasy-ish". Not sure if that is good or bad.

Whiskey Cake in Plano and Trinity Hall in Dallas.

Thanks guys.   I'll give them a try.    We are staying at the westin galleria and heard they had a good selection.   I was quite impressed.  The bartender didn't know much and no real creative cocktails but they have two bottles of weller 12 at 10 dollars a pour so I had a couple after the flight.    Looking forward to finding a good steak and bourbon tomorrow

Plenty of good steakhouses down here.  My favorite is Bob's Steak & Chop House.

Well I have to say.... Parliament is one of the best bars I've found.    Incredible selection of cocktails from new to old.   Very creative and fresh ingredients.   The bar tenders know their stuff.   

The three forks steak was top knotch also.

Good to know if I find myself in the area. Headed to OKC soon but won't have time to go to Dallas. Not sure what bourbon and cocktail options are like in OKC but I don't have my hopes up too high...
