Old Scout on sale for 46 think that was a good deal, never had it. Hope it's worth it.

In Canada,  both CEHT Single Barrel and Small Batch are always priced the same, but at $90Cdn (US $70) ????

Here in tulsa the small batch usually goes around 38 or so and the single barrell about 60.

HH 6 year BIB, always a good choice.  It keeps the stuff that can't be replaced in the bunker safe... at least for a while. ;)

Had a $10 off coupon at total wine, so got a mm46 and Knob Creek Rye. Nothing crazy but I try to always have an everyday Rye and wheater open... And lately I've been mixing up my selections for those styles. Variety, the spice of life...

I was walking through a liquor section of a supermarket in Omaha yesterday and spied a bottle of ER10 for $28+change. It's usually around $33 on the NW side of KC so when I noticed it was the only bottle on the shelf, my "gimme" reflex kicked in and I marched that bottle to the cash register. No regrets, it certainly did pass my QC test when I got home.

Over the weekend went back to Paducah and got the last two 4R OESK bottles they had plus an OBSF. That OESK was so good I had to take a flyer on the OBSF. Also picked up a SA 10yr single barrel, got lucky in a lottery and picked up a baby Saz and finally a local store put Smooth Ambler Revelation Rum on sake for 40 so had to grab that.

To my palate those are two very different recipes.  OESK is my favorite that I've tried with typical bourbon flavors; I remember OBSF being a mint bomb.  It wasn't unpleasant, and made for a nice summer pour, but I don't plan on ever getting another.

Picked these up at the Duty Free shop on the way back from vacation. 2 for $46 - couldn't pass that up!

A bottle of HMcKBiB replaced a well appreciated OWA in the rotation today. Not that I'm complaining mind you but I didn't expect the sweetness.

Picked up another lonely ECBP yesterday at 42.50 and reacquainted him with his siblings in the bunker. I love this stuff....bursting with flavor.

Dang, that price is low enough to almost wonder if they mispriced it as the EC NAS...

Binny's apparently has a clearance sale on the 375ml Jim Beam Signature Craft Harvest bourbons.  Grabbed a Brown Rice and a Soft Red Wheat for $19.99 each (usually marked around $40 a piece).  The price was always prohibitive, but at $20, I'm more than happy to give them a try!
