morebourbon85
Anyone try this? I just picked up the last bottle at the local liquor store. Didn't want to risk not finding it again as it seems rare. Thoughts at $90?? Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
Richnimrod
I was offered this yesterday at my local retailer; but having been burned on more than one of these 'Master's Collection' (or whatever they're called) from Woodford over the years; I passed. ....On what I assume will be viewed as yet another of their shelf turds a few months from now. Certainly I could be wrong. That's happened more than once; but I don't think so at this point.

ken_mays
Bourbon so good you have to put it in a brandy cask for flavoring.

morebourbon85
So, how is it tasting ? Honestly I haven't cracked it open yet. I haven't heard many good things about these masters collection so I'm considering to return it. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk
FacePlant
Had a pour last night. Not as heavy on the grape as the Pinor, but of course the twang was there. Almost tasted like rye instead of wheat? To be honest it actually bordered on being pleasant, but as others said it's an experiment-not a tested and perfected great whiskey. I would recommend it for those that don't mind paying up for something different or for those that like a pretty bottle.
