You don't look like you even shave yet, dude!

Even though I am 40 years old, I still do not have to shave much and I still get carded quite a bit.Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

HoustonNit
^What a coincidence I'm having the same OWA as well. Picked up three bottles today and figured I don't need to ration my lone bottle anymore.Darn this stuff is good! I get the smell and taste of cherries and the perfect amount of bite to it.Can only imagine what the ORVW 107 would taste like.

Can only imagine what the Old Rip Van Winkle 107 would taste like. I love synchronicity. That is so cool that we were all enjoying OWA. It is so smooth for 107 proof. Delicious. I doubt that I will find a bottle 'in the wild' around here, but I would buy one for sure. Cheers! He is a big Manhattan drinker so I want to get him a good bottle of Bourbon/rye for said cocktail of choice. Need some suggestuons on whether to go bourbon or rye, and without breaking the bank, but don’t want a cheap bottle either. Thanks in advance! elmossle
Tonight I enjoyed the last of a Store select KCSB. Was very good with little to no heat on the finish. Glad I have another one in reserve.

Like you Houston I finally got 2 bottles so I decided I can open one and not have to worry so much. The WSR and the OWA 107 are two of my favorites. Now if I can only find a bottle of W12. OldFitz, I've seen two bottles here in E'town in the last month. Luckily for me they are both residing in my cabinet now. I've tried to become best friends with some of the stores around here in hopes that they think of me the next time they get a bottle of W12. It's amazing that the Weller products are more available the further away from Kentucky you get.

I've always thought the safest gift for a whiskey aficionado is a gift certificate to a really well stocked liquor store. No need to take the chance with a selection lots of folks here like, but he may loathe.

I think I liked the 17 betterI've read several people who have said that they liked the 17 better.
