Noticed Evan Williams white label BIB was sporting a redesigned label today (my local store only carries the 1.75) My phone was in the car, but I'll try and get a shot on my next trip to the store. Appeared that most of the black was replaced by a light blue/gray. I can't find any mention of a redesign on the interwebs.

Looks like a redesign has rolled out under our noses. Here's a photo from the HH website.

Hope a price increase is not in the offing. However, that is a smart looking label.

Tasteful, dignified even.  Hope that label is the only change.

Arkansas and Mississippi appreciate the low cost of EWBIB.  We are not into overpriced, overhyped and overrated whiskey.  I too, hope the label is the only change.

In that it's a Bottled in Bond and that distinction comes along with a number of legal requirements on the whiskey itself as to proof, min age, etc, there's not a lot that can be done to reasonably change this bourbon. So, I wouldn't worry too much about that.

I too like the polished new look.  Not a major overhaul, but certainly additions of some nice touches.

That's It! Looks really good on the 750, a definite upgrade, but on the 1.75 it looks a little "washed out" since the label is so much bigger. Lots of white. I think that's why I noticed it.  It's definitely not as noticeable on the 750.

I don't claim to love every HH product, but when I see them invest in a solid and economical product like EWBIB, it just makes me want to run out and buy a bottle to support the decision. Sometimes around my house that is referred to as a "problem" but I call it a "good problem to have".

I'm of the same mind - I hate encouraging bad behavior, love to reward good behavior as a consumer.  EWBIB is on my list, if I ever see any close to MSRP.

I bought one of these last week actually. I like the way it looks. The left side also has a paragraph explaining the BIB designation.

I just pulled the photo from the website, I haven't tried it yet in the new package. My last bottle of the old label white label didn't do much for me. There's a certain flavor in young HH (and Willett) whiskey that doesn't do it for me. It's the wet cardboard thing. I much prefer the 6yr HH BIB

They've definitely cleaned up the look of the label. I still use this older bottle my sister picked up for me on vacation several years ago for decanting. It's a 1 liter bottle and I decant the family size EWBIB into it.

I don't get the wet cardboard thing, but I definitely prefer the HH6BIB over the EWBIB. BUT.....I am lucky enough to live in the region that gets HH6BIB. If I weren't, I'd buy whichever HH BIB is cheapest, as I dont see a lot of difference in EWBIB, Dant BIB, JTS BIB, or the old gold label HH BIB. I know of one store with a stash of 1.75's of HH gold BIB that never seems to move, and I grab one now and then. Theyre great for parties/mixers.

^^^^When you have the worlds largest stock pile of Bourbon you have to get rid of it somehow.

And it's good

I saw one of the new label bottles yesterday with the same low price as always. Surprised that we have the new label out here already since we usually get things last.
