I had this while in Kentucky.  I purchased a few while I was there.  Kept one and gave the others as gifts.  In NY it is nowhere to be found.  Between Buffalo Trace Cream and Barton Chocolate Bourbon Balls the bourbon world seems to be going after Baileys Irish Cream and other similar.  Is this what they do with "off" barrels?

I picked up 4 bottles from the gift shop when I was there in November, it was a hit during the holidays with my friends and family, if this stuff ever gets distributed to NJ my friend Karen may develop a problem.

I picked up a bottle of the BT Bourbon Cream when I was at the distillery.  Liquor Barn also has one with their private label (Flatboat).  It's good on the rocks but what I really enjoy, especially at tailgate parties, is mixing it with a really good root beer (I like Dr. McGillicuddy's Root Beer) and make an adult root beer float.

BT Bourbon Cream just made it to Phoenix this past week or so.  I picked up a bottle but I have not opened it yet.  The market for similar items must be good.  Bailey's has 7 flavors here and it look like a few more nationally.  Costco has their own branded expression and TW&M has a few "distillery direct" labels.

I can see this as a way to use stock that doesn't meet the desired flavor profile.  That or to sell them off to the craft/bulk brands.

Unfortunately, I can't find Barton's Chocolate Bourbon Ball in NY and I can't drive to Kentucky again to "stock up".

Links for bowman?  I visited the gift shop once a few months ago, maybe Nov.  They were in the middle of moving everything around but they had Bourbon Caramel Cream for sale and available for the tasting.

If you were referring to popcorn shitsky cream I made that up seeing as barton, bowman, and BT all have a slightly different bourbon cream ;D
