Angel’s Envy Distillery named 10th stop on Kentucky Bourbon Trail

As it happens I had the chance to stop by on Monday afternoon and do a tour of the beautiful new distillery.  It was quite impressive! I did not ask as many questions as I probably should but then again I had just come from picking barrels at Four Roses so I am probably doing well to remember it at all...

1 mash cooker and maybe 4 fermenters (with room for more to be added as needed) plus a holding tank for the distiller's beer before it goes in the 2 story  column still and smaller pot still doubler from Vendome. The renovated warehouse building itself is quite impressive as well.

Indeed they do! And it looks like they can make a fair amount of whiskey running at full speed. More than I thought initially.
