Mickbourbon
Hey everyone I need a little advice. I have found 4 bottles of Bookers batch CO7-a-12 on a liquor shelf for around $50. Wondering if anyone recalls trying it and how it was. Also curious if it is a round table pick. Thanks paul
Louisiana
Not a round table pick. I believe 2013-6 was the first round table pick. I have several of them & they taste just like the one you have probably. Like Bookers! Solid bourbon at an affordable price. At $50 it's worth a shot for one & if you like, then buy the rest! BigRich
Bookers batches all taste about the same to me...Sent from my SPH-L720 using TapatalkNearly all of the "batched" whiskeys are like that. Most people have to line them up with their brethren to even begin to discern a difference. I think much more is made of batch variances on the board than what is really there. That's just a symptom of the depths of our whiskey geekiness. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Mickbourbon
Thanks for the help. I bought one and am going to sample tonight. The woman rang it up and said In a surprised way " it's $56 I hope your aware of that". I don't think they sell many expensive whiskeys there so if I like it the other 3 will still probably be there. Given that it's at least 4+ years old I wouldn't worry too much about it disappearing in the next day or so ( they went to yyyy-xx in 2013 and named batches in 2015). Thats is a solid price for a good bourbon.

I don't know about others...Sent from my SPH-L720 using Tapatalk
