birdie
Picked up a bottle today of Barrel Bourbon, on the bottle it says, Single Barrel 7B28, bottle #29, 9yrs old, 122.4 proof Did not really notice until I got home that it was a single barrel as others I have had have been a batch product, any idea what I have as I can find little on the internet about it
Paddy
They are usually pretty good to list what state it was distilled in, and where it was aged. Other than that..........................................(crickets)................
silverc
I wonder if the 7B single barrels are distilled in a different state from the 7B batch releases? I doubt it but I haven't looked. Anybody know? I've never seen any Barrell bourbon single barrels from any batch other than 7B. Binny's had a 7B30, 9 year at 131.72 proof. Are the single barrel variants pretty unusual? Were they available for other releases like 8B or 9?
