Can anyone tell what the two bottles on either side of the ETL are in this picture?

I think the one of the left is Maafee's Benchmark Egg Nog.

Good call. And the one on the right is definitely BT Bourbon Cream.

what is the bottle 3 to the right of the CEHT? (right side of the screen)

My guess is Wyoming Whiskey.  Easy to spot the Stranahan's on the shelf directly above it.

So I found out it’s Bowman single barrel and Bowman Bros Small batch. Don’t think it’s worth it

I would say on average that package (assuming you found ETL close to retail) would run $130ish here so it's bad but I have seen worse. $45 for the ETL, $55 for Bowman SiB and $30 for the Small batch.

The pictures looks like a local store that I only visited once. They had bottles of OWA proceed at $60 and Stag Jr was $140

In VA those retail for $50 and $30 respectively, so $79.45 for the Elmer seems a bit much.  I like the Bowman line though, so it's not bad whiskey.

And you can add the Issac Bowman Port Finished to the list of fine Virginny whiskies (many thanks Harry in WashDC)!  Especially at Christmastime (along with my cache of HWMWND, of course!).   :D

Agree.  IIRC, Washington (the State, not the DC) has relatively higher taxes, so that price MIGHT not be too bad, considering.
