Safe travels to Bardstown and a wonderful reception upon arrival. Alas, I will not be there to introduce my ugly mug to you folks...and with much regret. I had hoped this would be the year but faith was not on my side.

I hope all have a great time on the tours and at night by the fire. Put a glass out and light a big stogie for me please.

Say hello to Nathan Chilson Corburn who was born yesterday at 3:10am.  He's a Big Boy, weighing in at 9lbs, 13oz.  His first name memorializes his father's grandfather (who was a great tenor - he even gave several recitals at Carnegie Hall!) and his middle name is SWMBO's family name.  Spending time with his two (2) older sisters while mommy & daddy are doing stuff at the hospital with "The Boy".

Congratulations! Hopefully the mom is doing well.

Did they keep trying until they had the boy? My aunt did that and had 5 girls before the boy lol.

Thanks, folks, for the congrats (not that I did any real work this time).  I'll miss all y'all, but toasting HRHs arrival with a few drams of Blanton's Gold, now that the bunker has been refreshed with new additions from the UK is a close second to getting to The Sampler!
