Dang! I thought the headline for the thread meant Amazon was going to sell bourbon with no shipping fee to Prime members.

You are of course welcome to hope... and even to keep your fingers crossed for an extended period of time; but, I'd refrain from any breath-holding. 

I think it is unlikely to happen Country-wide ever, or even in an isolated State somewhere any time soon.    Too much control (and taxes) for bureaucrats to give up, let alone agree upon among the many States who all have their own formulae to extract money from the eventual retail sale of hard liquor.   The money is an important consideration; but, I believe the 'control' part is at least as near and dear to their little hearts as the cash.

And THAT is handy information, that watchlist!  I didn't know that existed; I can now remove the desktop post-it note I've been using to keep track of such things.
