Tried opus one, Quintessa, Rubicon, Mercury head, Great wines. But I’m bored. I’m ready for the next level.

Any recommendations?

2010 Chateau Mouton Rothschild.  It's great!  K&L has it for $999/bottle

I love red wine, and white for that matter, as much as the next guy but you're probably going to get a lot better answers in a wine forum.

Regarding red wine, don't equate higher price with better wine.  There are some stellar wines that aren't going to break the bank.  I've had some really good Chilean Cabs lately so that would be an area to check.

Wine qualifies as "General Non-Whiskey Alcohol," you blighters. ?

To the OP: try a Pinot noir from the Willamette Valley.

As I recall, I graduated Magna Cum Loudly. I HAD A 3.7 GNP!!!!!!

The blonde reminds me of a waitress at the Tallahassee Hooters from the mid 1990s. I think it's the dark roots.
