I guess it's not fair to include discontinued expressions in a question like this but if it were I'd go sub-100 proof SAOS single barrels no doubt, then EC12 and EWSB 2006 or older. 

 

As for current SKUs, I also won't inlcude private picks, so having said that my fave under 100 proof might just be Weller 12.  Next might be BT or ETL.  Some current MGP varieties might be great, like the Boone County I had was quite tasty but the finish was a tad too much on the tannic oak side to make a list like this.

I don't consider myself a proof snob so I was thinking this was going to be an easy one, but with Blanton's and Buffalo Trace being a one bottle a year purchase (if I'm lucky) I really don't have a go-to under 100 pour. I drink Maker's 46 on occasion, but the under 100's I drink the most are the Dickel Brothers (8 & 12), WT81, and Ezra Brooks. Most nights I'm 100 or more.

AH Hirsch Red and Blue wax they were both 94 I think or close to it

The EH Taylor Tornado was good was it 100 proof?

ooh the SW Pappy 15's prior to and including '09 were amazing

Barterhouse 20  very tasty yes 

Rhetoric- I've only had much of the 20yo and thought it slightly better than the Barterhouse

Rebel Yell 10 -some barrels are phenomenal at 100 also ouch
