I have a set of whiskey glasses at home from my great grandfather. Supposedly they were from a set from Dewars. They are light, fragile and hand made. Beautiful glasses. My mother says they are about 100 years old. I'm at work now. I'll post pics when I get home. Hopefully one or some of you may be able to have some information on these glasses.

They are very nice glasses. I really like the hand-made finish.

Those remind me a lot of the pre-prohibition glasses that came with brand names printed on them.  They are about half the size of modern old fashioned or rocks glasses.  It's like a very small water glass.  100 years old sounds right.

Thanks for the information they are originally from scotland. And brought over when my parents moved to canada in about 1966.
