Well, it's that wonderful day of the year -- Opening Day! ⚾

 

I'm settled in on the couch to watch a Blake Snell vs. Justin Verlander matchup this afternoon.

And, a newly-opened bottle of HM10 is by my side.  How good is this?

 

What about you folks?

Damn this lent and damn deGrom.  I switched it up to Bacardi.  The bourbon gods showed me who's boss.

Nice seeing the Mets with an Opening Day win (had to listen on the radio during work)! Glad we got an extension on deGrom. Will celebrate tonight with some WT101.

I had mine last night.  Glad to see them get the win today.  Pouring something in a little bit for March Madness.

Had a generous pour of David Nicholson Reserve.    This is a 'surprisingly' well rounded Bourbon.   Surprising to me at any rate, given how different it is from it's much longer marketed brother, a very mild and sweet wheater; DNR is neither of those things... to it's credit.
