MrPatrick
I realize this double posted with my barter post. I came up with an idea for a whiskey barrel speaker and shared it with the distiller at 117 Spirits in Vista Ca. They will be put up on shelves in the tasting room for vinyl nights. This is just too cool not to share on its own if anyone wants to make their own. I believe the distillery will paint the front of the speakers black.5 gallon barrel6” inch in wall speaker Left and right speaker terminals to use on the opposite barrel endSpeaker wire from the speaker to the terminals.I’ve been told they have a very rich sound because of the density of the barrel walls.

MrPatrick
Closed, there is a bit of a science to port diameter, length and placement. The speakers spec down to50 htz so more bass won’t be necessary for small space spinning vinyl.
