FDA tries to screw craft distillers, HHS steps in to save the day

This has been a fast developing story that only appeared on the radar as of yesterday.

Basically, the FDA got some obscure language included in the CARES Act that would charge all the distillers that made hand sanitizer a $14,060 user fee.
