fishnbowljoe
I don’t have all that many bottles that cost more than $70.00. My favorite under $70.00 pour rotates between a number of bottles. As I’ve said before, half kidding/half serious, my favorite pour, “the one in my glass”. Biba! Joe

PaulO
Lately, these have been in my wheel house, and not too hard to find: Four Roses "yellow label" JTS Brown B.I.B. Very Old Barton 100 Old Forester 100 WT 101 KC Single Barrel You could probably mix and match quite a few of those for $70.

Marekv8
A current group under that threshold. Given that you can grab a Springbank 10, Talisker 10, Foursquare Sagacity or Hampden Overproof (among others) for under $70-- the price certainly opens up the playing field.
Clueby
Probably 95% of what I buy is $70 or under. Would be hard pressed to declare a "favorite".
Cajuin
Yeah anything over $70 is really a splurge to me. So many I enjoy for 1/2 much. Been eyeing a Barrel Dovetail locally for $80 , but is it really worth it vs 2 KC9 reserve 120?

BrokeCal
Maybe I'm just cheap here but 99% of what I buy is under $70. A few of my favorites are 4RSingleBarrel, WA107, OF1920 and KC12. The last bottle I bought over $70 was a Peerless Rye. It was great, but I won't be buying another. Pikesville is $40... And honestly, I enjoy it more.

How would you describe the Blender’s Select? Been thinking about tracking one down even though I don’t love regular Bulleit bourbon.
Shizzy
Rare Breed - 101 on roidz. For those days when 101 just isn't going to numb the barrage of idiocy we encounter on our day to day. RRSiB - Just love the many different expressions created in different warehouses, barrels etc. 4RSmBS - Nice balanced bourbon at a delightful proof point. Kinda where my proof wheelhouse begins. WT101 - Daily driver that never disappoints and can stand up after pours of barrel proof. Versatility that is often overlooked but definitely appreciated by me and many others. JW Dant BiB - Cuz you need to have a favorite that sticks to code. 1792 FP - I hesitated here and nearly put Knob Creek SiB or ECBP, but the older KCs are getting rare and ECBP is creeping over $70 more and more. 1792 FP is still well under the price point and is a wonderful high proof expression for the price. Willett Family Estate 4 Year - I get it at my local grocery store for $65 and it's always been a really nice rye to sip on for me. I gravitate towards baking spice and cinnamon forward expressions when seeking out a rye. Hope this helps. Love the question and I feel like these can often change for me from season to season. That's the beauty of a whiskey journey. Growth. Spoiler
