PhantomLamb Posted March 8, 2021 Share Posted March 8, 2021 Following the success of the blended bourbon that I just dumped last weekend, I immediately filled my 1L barrel back up with 3yr. Real McCoy. I'm not going to be trying this one weekly, though. Probably once a month just to see what kind of color/notes it picks up. I have control samples ready and excited to see how much or little bourbon flavor it gets from the previous use.   Updates to follow...  Thanks,   4 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
