is pretty good stuff!  I know, I know, it's not "the good stuff" but It's a start.  I had the regular stuff and is was ok but this stuff is much better.

What the heck happened?  Lol!

Anyway, I think it's pretty good stuff.  At a little over $20 a liter at Costco, I'm going back tomorrow and buy two more.

I agree, the OO bonded is a nice pour.  If you like it, Knob Creek Rye is the same recipe.  There are several variations.  Actually Jim Beam has one rye whiskey recipe that is the beginning source for all their ryes.  I say pass on the 80 and 90 proof ones.

I've heard the OO BIB is not chill filtered.  That's a good thing for flavor and texture.

Late to the party but…

I never sipped the BIB, but bartenders I trust enough to just tell them “it’s been a poop day, fix me something to correct that” (actual phrase I use) switched to this bottle from much more expensive ryes for their cocktails. So I understand.

I can see that.  It's one of those bottles, if I have one, keep pecking away at it.

It's not the easiest thing to find around here.
