Actually Jim Beam has one rye whiskey recipe that is the beginning source for all their ryes. I say pass on the 80 and 90 proof ones. I've heard the OO BIB is not chill filtered. Kane Posted May 12, 2021 Share Posted May 12, 2021 Late to the party but… I never sipped the BIB, but bartenders I trust enough to just tell them “it’s been a poop day, fix me something to correct that” (actual phrase I use) switched to this bottle from much more expensive ryes for their cocktails.
