ok...I tried the brown sugar thing last night. Thats not for me. I ruined a good glass of bourbon, I ended up pouring it down the sink. I guess I just like it neat, it's sweet enough for me.

I tried it the other night too. While it became sweet, it really mellowed the bourbon out. So I look at it like, two steps forward, one step back. I'm gonna continue to experiment with brown sugar.

That's cool. Let me re-emphasize: I only do this on rare occasions. And then, it is only a small lump of sugar.

You know...the more time goes on and the more bourbon I have sampled I have to agree with this. Pour it in a glass at room tempurature, that really is the best way. toast.gif
