Does anybody else feel bourbon tasting has context.  I personally do not drink anything unless I have accomplished something that particular day.  Chopping wood, mostly oak, one day, I think it was wt101, best drink I have ever had.  This may skew a lot of reviews is my point.

Agreed, doing hard work and enjoying some whiskey afterwards is the best.  I was having some every other day and it just lost its luster.  Now that I'm back to twice a week the magic is starting to come back.

I’m retired. I don’t do work anymore. 🤣

Seriously though……. Yeah, sometimes I’ll reward myself with a pour after doing yard work, rearranging the living room (again🤨) or other strenuous activities. I’ll agree that it usually seems to taste a little better. Here’s another scenario for y’all. What about rewarding yourself with a pour after doing something mentally stressful? With my recent retirement, I had a lot of stress because of all the 🤬🤬🤬 paperwork. Currently, we’re making sure we have all of our ducks in a row before we set up an appointment to get our taxes done. Again, more paperwork and💩 because of retirement. Crap, I gotta go! I need a pour.🥺

Just living is hard enough work for me to sip good stuff

I second this comment.  Every day is a good day to drink what you want.  Tomorrow is not guaranteed.
