It’d be nice to meet a BA someday and tell the BA that bottom shelf/even  stuff like Seagrams 7 (which is vodka plus flavors) is what most bars use for their rail whiskey cocktails AS IF THEY didn’t know that).  Only expensive places or places that allow the customer to specify the ingredients in a cocktail use mid and upper shelf.  You want to sell more mid and upper shelf stuff? PUT IT ON IT ON THE SHELF WHERE I CAN GET IT.
