Found out who put them up for auction - turns out he attended a lot of our L&K tastings in the past (but we haven't seen him for a while). I met him once or twice at our get togethers in Bardstown. IIRC, he purveyed private picks for stores mainly in the northeast (?). For some reason, I also seem to recall he may have had something to do with Jack Rose. I have CRS ya’ know, so this might be sketchy.
