My solution is to buy mid shelf brands from the legacy distillers at or as close to MSRP as possible.  Bottled in bond is a good example.

 

Does the proposed law do anything to insure people aren't being sold counterfeits - mostly refilled and resealed bottles.

Is there an age requirement too, or is whatever opportunists can divert ASAP.

 

I'm not a player in this.
