Vintage Four Roses Question

A friend brought over an older Four Roses bottle to taste when he came by last week.  It says it was a duty free purchase originally (he got it from an auction site) based on the bottle.  It is a 750mL, but more curious if anyone has any information on when it may have been distilled/bottled/sold.  I really enjoyed it and am curious about it.

I believe the bottle style was from the 1980’s.  A picture of the bottom of the bottle and back label would help.
