MSRP - $189 I've been going to my Costco for 18 years and they've never had anything worthwhile. My normal entry into the building is to go in the door, hang a sharp right, go past the eye dept., walk along the side wall (avoids the crowd) to the booze aisle, then walk down the booze aisle to the other side of the store, which is where everything I shop for is located. Probably done this 100+ times, and viola! It paid off.

Probably done this 100+ times, and viola! It paid off. Thank you! Haha, it sounds like your trips to Costco are similar to mine. I have found Remus Reserve at Costco but normally standard stuff albeit at slightly lower prices than nearby liquor stores. One Costco in my area has their liquor drop on Monday morning. I just happened to stop in while on that side of town on a Monday morning and saw guys running through the store with their special bottles. Not that special, things like Blantons. Another Costco in my area, closer to home, has their liquor drop on Wednesday morning. I just happened to be at the store when it opened and noticed a crowd hanging out in the liquor aisle. I did my shopping and then I saw the liquor guy come out and they descended upon him. Again, for stuff like Blantons. I guess hanging out for the weekly liquor drop at Costco is a thing. I know Costco gets BTAC and PVW but I am not sure how they distribute it. Congratulations on a nice pick up!

ETL is showing up on our shelves around here, too. But I still remember when it was $24.99 OTD . . . . . . Ok, ok - not technically "ON" the shelves, but available if you ask . . . . kinda'. mbroo5880i
I picked up a Larceny BP C924. Normally, these are set aside for lotteries or behind the counter but for a significantly higher price than MSRP. This is only the second time I have ever seen it on the shelf. Actually, at the same store a few years ago when reviews were mixed. The reviews for this release are pretty good and the price was, $58.99, which is below MSRP. Time to give it a try.
kemosabe
Found the EHT for $53 and the handle of BT for $56. I can deal with those prices. I can almost feel the bubble popping...............

jvd99
I can pick one (1) at MSRP from just about every recent allocated bottles except the big boys like VW/BTAC/FR. This will be for drinking of course. Looking for suggestions - I won’t list them all, but things I’m considering are: Little Book Infinite JD Coy Hill RR 15 EC18 PHC 14 yr malt Michters 10 All iterations of Blantons All iterations of Regular Weller A bunch of named WFE 11 yrs. Who you got, have until end of day to make decision

meadeweber
JD Coy Hill intrigues me as I have loved the JD SBBPs that I've had. I'm sure RR15 is delicious but I've never had it.
Skinsfan1311
I swore that I would pull the trigger on this if I saw one for under $200.00. $199.99 + tax I still feel like I over paid...but the only other time that I've ever seen one, they wanted $239.00. I hope that I don't have to turn in my Cheap Bastard card now...

Hmm this is interesting. You say it's from 2018 but per my understanding the TTB did not approve 70mL size bottles in the US until 2020. I think I read 70 cl on that bottle. How can that be? ... import? I never purchased one of those WR special releases so I don't have an old bottle to check. I have seen the new square Batch Proof bottles in the store and I know they are all 70 cL/700mL.
