ebo
Back to the JD SB Barrel proof. This is so good.... banana/cherry.... slight chocolatte on the nose. I think I like the nose better than the pallate, although, that doesn't let one down either.
JCwhammie
This is the first bottle I've bought of WTRB in 2ish years. Of course it still holds up as a wonderful sub $50 BP offering.
NDN98
This one is fairly new to me and I received as a gift initially, but I’m liking their Wheated Bottled-In-Bond.

I would also recommend their high wheat 106pf version as well. Both are really good.
ebo
I popped the cork on this one this evening. Penelope Architect.... build #8. Interesting. Butterscotchy nose. Sweet at first, then finishes a bit bitter... in a good way. Edited January 8 by ebo

Richnimrod
Had a pour from an 'old' OFBB ('10). Not my favorite OFBB; but, a very nice pour. Almost half this bottle gone, I need to either decant into a smaller container, or pour it more often in the near future.....

My sole remaining OFBB is 2013, which was pretty much panned by most folks. I am still determined to consume it in the normal course. One of these days.

Pat That batch is one of my favorites. For me, I usually taste a strong homemade vanilla ice cream note. Which is unique to this whiskey for me. Enjoy! Cheers

Kepler
Starting off with some oddball wheaters tonight. First up was Old Elk Double Wheat. It's always good. Now I poured an ounce of 1792 Sweet wheat. It's a downgrade from the Old Elk.
PaulO
I opened an old standby JW Dant and having a pour.

It's just a great bottle. Tonight's ranking: 1. OE Double Wheat 2. Rebel Yell 10 Yr Single Barrel 3. 1792 Sweet Wheat
