PaulO
I wasn't sure how to start the weekend. I ended up going with GD "Signature Recipe". I used to shy away from GD because of the Flintstones vitamins taste. I don't know if they dialed that way back, or my palate changed. Regardless, now I think it's very nice, would consider some of their higher end stuff.

smokinjoe
Old Dominick. This is a solid whiskey. 90 proof, min. 4 yo, tastes like what a Tennessee Whiskey/Bourbon should with those stats. There’s a little good funk near the finish that elevates this a bit for me. Not sure what it is, but it’s interesting and enjoyable. Thumbs up!

Phil T
Opened up a fresh bottle of OBSV, Rutledge pick. Bottled at 111.4 and put in glass in 2015. Of course the cork broke. Nonetheless, a stellar pour for sure. Prost!! Phil

Big, deep, rich flavors and aromas without, at least to my palate, that "vitamin" note. And, 15+yr whiskey for $55+ is amazing in today's market.
