fishnbowljoe
All have been mentioned before. Long story short, I’ve been lax in adding them to our recycle bin. FWIW, the empty Weller 107 had my Weller Blend in it and was emptied a while back.

What did you think of the 'toasted' stuff? I'm half way through a private picked bottle and still can't decide whether I like it better, not as well, or just differently. I would pour it when I was in the mood for something slightly different or lower proof. Most of the bottles I currently have open are 100pf or higher.

I've never had one, and always wondered how it would be. I used to really like the OF 'Signature" (100-pr.), but never found the subsequent 'replacement' brands to quite measure up. I was, or am, a huge fan of the early years of Signature. Years after it went downhill (after a couple label changes) I found some old inventory (dusties) in a ghetto store. Sometimes we remember the past a little too fondly, but not in this case. I opened a dusty bottle and my kitchen was instantly filled with an aroma similar to peach cobbler or pecan pie. The current OF 100 is ok now (after some years to avoid), but they appear to be going for a much milder profile. I suspect younger barrels. Meanwhile, the current OF Rye delivers more of those great notes similar to the old/original OF Sig.

OF 1920 is one of my standards, always in the bunker. I echo your thoughts on the OF Signature.
JakeySnakes
The OGD and JWD are staples and disappear quick. The Bookers really hit the spot when the mood struck. The MM PS was excellent and became an absolute treat.
markandrex
I still have a couple left from this bottling. It was one of those store samplings and go back to the shelf for a few more.
0895
Knocked out a 2015 ER17 this evening. Really good stuff, even at the old 90p. Complex Vanilla, cherry, oak, baking spice, and arguably a hint of coconut.

0895
Another 2015 bites the dust. This one hurts. Handy is still pretty good In its current form, but these older releases were special.
Patrick_OKC
lots of good stuff as usual in this stream above. Here's my latest contribution. Couple of good ones. My last PHC, along with my next-to- last OGD 114. Pat
0895
It’s fRYEday. Another 2015 bites the dust. Creaminess and delicate baking spice rounds out an initial herbal note in this wonderful pour. A gentle hug highlights the complexity of this whiskey at an appropriate and approachable 90p. This was allegedly the last of the old tanked Saz18 before it switched to BT distillate. Quite the special pour.

Skinsfan1311
I know it's Fryeday, but I'm not feeling it tonight. I'm always sad to see these go and I don't have a replacement. I might have to break into the 18....

Never a joy in having the last pour of a great bourbon with no replacement, no matter what it is.

I really like the 18, but it's pricey and an occasional pour. The 12 year is my "go-to"
