Yikes!  Will be there for a personal tour in April - hopefully all will be right with the world of BT by then.  🤞

Looking at the photos/video - it would appear that other parts of the property are also in real danger.  Some of the pavement on the edge of the landslide already broke off.  The spring rains are going to raise the river and cause more erosion.  The land in between the river and the structures looks like nothing is there to hold it together.  😬

Wow, I’m going there around Easter, I hope everything is up and running. But, this is not a problem that could have been prevented with bulkheads.

A really good, shipyard style bulkhead may have prevented it from being as bad. But it's hard to stop Mother Nature....
