It is tuff looking at giving up about 1500 sq. ft. A lot of this stuff has to go. The lot is about 2 acres less also. I have only tried the Single Barrel. It's not my favorite. We are getting with our banker trying to make this work without trashing a retirement fund and getting killed on taxes. Once we sell the existing, we will pay off the new one and have a nice profit left over. They are not going to like our offer but see where they go. Lots of contingencies, for them to address. It’s like WT 101 is to me, in that it has a lane it races in, and it just creams it.
