Cheap, small enough to fit in the freezer without taking up too much space, and big enough to make a few weeks worth (give or take) of ice. For any of y’all interested in an inexpensive and easy method to get absolutely crystal clear ice cubes at scale, you need to consider Whammie’s method he shares, here. I’ve been using it for a couple of years, and it works great. I’m taking an early pour today of WT101, and looked through the cube and saw the diamond pattern of the bottom of my thick plastic rocks “glass”through the cube.
