There's no need to buy any fancy contraption. Follow the instructions in this video. I have an inexpensive Igloo cube cooler that fits nicely in my garage freezer.

I will check this out. I love the big cube but it HAS to be clear. I like a chilled dram but not overly diluted whiskey. I am not disciplined enough to pull the cube out when I think the time is right. So I just add some drops of water instead or more times than not,  just drink it neat.  But that does not chill it enough or open the juice up at all.

Yes, I would love to know the process as my cubes, rocks are always cloudy

Today will be some 1792 FP, OGD 114 and WT 101 8 year!!! Happy Fathers Day. A bit of a somber one for me, but we are moving forward... Cheers to you all...
