I got my hands on a Maryland Beverage Journal for August 2004. What does this mean? It means I can quote you the wholesale price of any alcholic beverage, in any size sold; including the prices of cases.

BTW, the Sept issue has a article on bourbon. High end sales are up. Bourbon sales $20 and under and down 5%(from last year? I don't remember). But $20+ bourbon sales are up 16%. They say "younger drinkers" and the return of the "cocktail culture" are the cause.
