Suggestions

My mother in law is currently at her Florida home for a few weeks, I know there is a big liquour store down the road from her, so I'm looking for a couple of good bourbons that are in the Florida area that she can get for me without too much searching. All suggestions appreciated.

Sorry, I will expain myself better, I'm in the U.K. and we don't have the best bourbon selection here, as my mother in law is in Florida at the moment, I'm after a couple of suggestion if anyone knows any good bourbons in that area that she can bring back to the U.K. for me.

I can get hold of BT, WT etc over here, but some of the ones you guys talk about on here I have never seen, so if anyone knows she could get hold of some good USA only bourbons in the Florida region, please let me know.

I don't know what is and what is not available in florida, but I would go for something that is very overpriced here (bearing in mind your mother in law will not be able to bring more than one bottle back).

WT Russell Reserve (like the 101 8YO but richer and smoother, with an extra minty thread going on).

Elijah Craig 18YO maybe ...

or one of the antique range - Sazerac rye, Eagle Rare 17YO - dare I say it GTS 2004 (you should be so lucky !)

A word of warning though - my girlfirend was in NY earlier this year and I pestered here on the phone for this and that and I ended up with a bottle of Jack Daniel's no 7.

Thought I'd give a little update, my mother in law phoned to say that the day before she had to hunker down to endure hurricane Jeanne, she managed to get me a bottle of Old Rip Van Winkle 10yo. And they say that you aren't supposed to like your mother in law! Bless her!
